NO MINIMUM! Agents always receive all photos taken. The average number of photos for a 2,000 sqft house is 35.
For properties 2,000 square feet or less. $110.00
For properties 2,000 square feet to 3,000 square divide the footage by 21. ($110.00 minimum)
For properties 3,000 square feet or more divide the square footage by 23.
Additional charges of $15.00 may apply for Barns, Out Buildings, etc. Photos will be shot with multiple brackets and blended with editing software to give you a very pleasing look. Flash may be used at the photographer's discretion.
- Ground level amenities, Out buildings, Community photos, etc. $30.00 with photo shoot
- Exterior photo re-shoot because of inclement weather ~ $25.00
- Exterior only photos ~ $45.00
- Sky replacements ~ $3.00 per photo

Drone Photography
Drone Photography and video can be done where permitted by the FAA. Think about trees and other objects near the home before you request it. It may hamper my ability to get the shots you want.
Drone flights will not be performed on inclement weather days and where illegal by FAA rules, or if the risk of damage or loss of the drone is too high at the photographer's discretion (high chance of rain, gusting winds over 25 mph within 4 miles of airports).
Prices for 3 low altitude photos and 8 to 12 medium altitude photos with 2 to 3 outlined photos.
