For properties 3,000 square feet or more divide the square footage by 23.

Additional charges of $15.00 may apply for Barns, Out Buildings, etc. Photos will be shot with multiple brackets and blended with editing software to give you a very pleasing look. Flash may be used at the photographer's discretion.

• Exterior photo re-shoot because of inclement weather ~ $25.00

• Sky replacements ~ $3.00 per photo
• Example: 1,850 sqft divided by 18 - $103.00
• Example: 2,800 sqft divided by 20 - $140.00
• Example: 4,010 sqft divided by 23 - $174.00
